自動(dòng)橋式汽車采樣裝置是適應(yīng)煤炭、冶金、化工、電力、港口等行業(yè),針對(duì)汽車進(jìn)廠原料進(jìn)行自動(dòng)采樣而專門設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的,整套系統(tǒng)工作過程可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)進(jìn)行樣品采集、制樣、縮分和集樣。其形式可分為BLCYO型橋式汽車采樣裝置和BLCYM型門式汽車采樣裝置,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場和用戶要求,可選擇最理想的配置。
采樣工藝符合GB/T19494-2004國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求

主要由采樣大棚、行走大車、行走小車、升降系統(tǒng)、螺旋采樣頭、破碎系統(tǒng)、初級(jí)給料機(jī)、二級(jí)給料機(jī)、樣品收集器、接料斗、電氣操作系統(tǒng)等組成。
采樣頭升降主要有:液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)、鏈條驅(qū)動(dòng)、電動(dòng)絞車驅(qū)動(dòng)、齒條齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)等形式
結(jié)構(gòu)形式有:單跨單車、單跨雙車等形式

工作流程/Work process
采樣機(jī)到達(dá)預(yù)定采樣點(diǎn)后,行走機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)鎖緊,啟動(dòng)采制樣系統(tǒng),并由上下進(jìn)給裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)進(jìn)至預(yù)設(shè)煤層深處開始采樣,集料斗門關(guān)閉,達(dá)到采樣深度后,采樣頭回至上部極限位置,小車行走至放料點(diǎn),物料放入集料斗內(nèi)(重復(fù)以上步驟2次)三點(diǎn)采樣完成,大車行走至放料原點(diǎn),集料斗自動(dòng)開啟,煤樣經(jīng)過輸送機(jī)輸送至制樣單元系統(tǒng)內(nèi),經(jīng)過破碎縮分,所需煤樣集A樣品瓶,余煤經(jīng)余料返回系統(tǒng)進(jìn)八余料儲(chǔ)存處。同時(shí)采樣頭放完煤樣后,又返回到所設(shè)采樣點(diǎn),準(zhǔn)備下一煤車采樣。當(dāng)下一煤車到達(dá)采樣點(diǎn)后,啟動(dòng)采制樣系統(tǒng),開始采樣,同時(shí)集料斗門關(guān)閉。
